Not because collaboration sounds good, but because that's how the best teams are built, the strongest ideas emerge and commercial success follows. It's a belief that's shaped the way I lead. I'm curious by nature and happiest when I'm learning something new, whether that's emerging technology, a different way of thinking or a conversation that challenges my assumptions. I love building environments where creativity can do its best work. Where talented people challenge each other, support each other and leave with better ideas than they started with. That's when the magic happens, and that's when creativity delivers its greatest impact. At FCB Chicago, that approach helped grow the Wellness creative team from 25 to more than 60 creatives while delivering stronger commercial outcomes alongside internationally recognised creative work. Since then, I've continued to lead and build teams, mentor talent, and create work that delivers both cultural relevance and business impact. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of partnering with global brands and helping create work recognised by Effies, Clio, One Show, New York Festivals, LIA and The Creative Floor. I've also served on juries including Clio, AWARD Awards, Effies, New York Festivals and Cannes Lions.
